


I hope that reading my blog gives you a dash of inspiration and fun. I hope it also encourages you to step outside of your comfort zone, whatever that means for you. For some, that’s exploring the world, but for others, it might mean taking a road trip vacation or finding a new job. I also want it to be real, and I will not gloss over some of the more difficult aspects of being far away from what’s comfortable.
When traveling, I think it’s even more important to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. For me, this has meant making nutrition, fitness, sleep, and alone time a priority. Yoga in particular is something I keep coming back to, as it always helps me to feel grounded, connected to others, and a little more at home even when I’m far away. Hence, “Around the World in Downward Dog”.
